It’s the late ‘70’s, no cell phones or laptop computers, CB radio is still a Thing and gasoline is so cheap they’ll wonder if you’re crazy if you hijack a tanker truck. News travels at the speed of the evening news, there is no CNN or internet and I hope you have a dime to make a phone call.
Some nitwit is running around in what’s left of his Angel’s Flight jeans, turning green and running amok. Then leaving town on a Greyhound, thumb taxi or trusty Keds sneakers. Nobody has a photograph, but he’s a really swell guy and we miss him a lot. David - yeah, him!
Welcome to The Incredible Hulk television show. Let’s have some fun with it. Let’s update the premise a skosh by adding today’s Avengers to the mix (plus any of his network contemporaries, 1978-1990) and instead of Jack McGee running around trying to corner Banner, any one of you gets a shot at him.
Banner will be played NPC - and if you catch him, you get a chance to introduce him to Nick Fury. (Good luck with that.)
