In the year 3680 humanity has finally perfected the use of lightspeed engines. Called the Hyden Engines. Named after Professor Nicholas Hyden. Humanity has explored the neighbouring galaxies and formed alliances. The world is somewhat at peace with a recent treaty uniting Canada and USA. The UK is the most powerful country with it fantastic Panetheon Armada to protect from the stars.
Our story begins when The Demeter a secondary Cruiser with 200 Pantheon Class Erinyes and 3500 people on board catch a distress signal from a new galaxy. Rather than call Earth they abandon the fleet. Captain Rigg was always a reckless one.
