A post-apocalyptic game taking place about 100 years after the zombie apocalypse
Some scattered parts of humanity are still trying to survive in this new world where nothing is what it once was. Some cities have been kept alive and able to keep some of its primer habits, traditions and knowledge; now they are the closest thing to civilisation left. There are smaller villages built by survivors during the apocalypse and “Floating cities” built upon ships and isles spread across the world inhabited by humans. Also there are the tribes - groups of humans still wandering around the lands while searching for safety, shelter and food.
Story
You would be playing as someone from the fourth (very young) or third generation (can also be an older one born in the second generation) born in this post-apocalyptic world and lived your entire life in a small village. One night a fire started somewhere in the village and burned it all down and killed everyone in it. Now the few survivors - those who had been outside the fences when the fire erupted - have to find a new home in a not so friendly world.
Narrator’s notes
I’m planning on making this bloody and brutal by killing both men and zombies. Your characters have been living in the same village so they know each other at least by name. And remember that none of them have ever been a part of the world before the apocalypse, so they know nothing about it more than what they’ve been told by the village’s elders.
The zombies would die if their brain’s destroyed which means they would as well die by fire as a hit to the head. A bite or scratch would infect a human and kill it in a few hours - no cure found. And the virus is already in everybody’s bodies; meaning that everyone that dies will turn into a monster.
I’m looking for dedicated players who are willing to poste regularly and move the story forward. Tell the others if you can’t play for a while; players that are inactive without a valid reason for too long will be kicked out. Also, you should be free to do small moves/small conversations between characters that is not your own (since this will give the story more life in my opinion).
Feel free to create your own cards. Just don’t forget to write (in the description) why your character was outside the fences.
