In the Time Before great kingdoms controlled the lands, bringing with them civilization and learning. That time is gone now, leaving a broken humanity in it’s wake. Newly arisen from the chaos of the Breaking, humans have formed clusters, clans and even some small pockets of culture. It is a land where Warlords and Tyrants rule, and where the treasures and weapons from the Time Before are prized above all else.
