Feudal era Japan, demons and other fantastic creatures roam the countryside. War between rival shogunates is not uncommon. Everywhere there is struggle and strife. You are a wandering warrior searching for fame, or fortune. Will you find what you seek? Will you become a trusted warrior? A legendary demon hunter?
Many Ronin, and other warriors roam the country searching for an honorable master, a large payday, or simply fame and fortune. You are one of these nomads.
Setting: - Feudal era fantasy japan
Tone: Gritty, dark, dark comedy, action heavy
Number of players: 2 (Maybe a 3rd)
Player roles: Traveling warriors, Human. what kind of weapon do they use?
Power scale: above average warriors.
First Scene will be: Meeting for a job, possibly to hunt some sort of supernatural creature.
I intend for this to be a fairly face paced game. I envision it to be a kind of traveling warriors type story. I would like for 2-3 primary roaming samurai/warrior type characters. Additionally, i am really not looking for supernatural characters. The exception might be something along the lines of companion type character, a small sentient demon rodent or some such? I dont know, if you have an idea go for it!
I would prefer you to create your nature based on your own character, along with your other cards. I have created a sample card of each for brief reference.Your weapons will be provided in the form of asset cards, please use character traits and flaws for strength and weaknesses. You cards as well as your background provides me with a sample from which to assess your writing style.
