The land was once 7 Kingdoms, and war a common occurrence. The Order of Peace, founded by folk of all the kingdoms, came together to end war and create a land of peace. 100 ironically bloody years later, the Order had achieved their goals, placed one of their own in charge of every kingdom, and changed their name to the Ordo Utopia, sworn to safeguard the peace of the land. 50 years further on, they accept no challenges to their rule - and any deed or word that is not in lockstep with the Ordo is a challenge. The people are accepting this oppression in exchange for safety and their very lives - all, that is, except for a few.
