Tyche, is the name of the “perfected” utopia that the last of humans now survive in. The city is surrounded by a great barrier that keeps everything out. The barrier protects the city from the monsters that were left over from the Great War. Sometimes you can see the grotesque things running along the edge of the barrier or trying to get in. So far there has been no incidents. On occasion people have sworn they have seen things that look like humans but have never been sure.
From the distance the Tyche looks perfect and runs perfect. Everyone has a job, there is no homeless, or war. However, recently there has been a series of disappearance. Police seem to be shrugging off these disappearances. Their excuses varying from the victims simply moved to the investigation is still under way.
Stranger still there are no records on the Great War. Or at least none that tell anything more than the usual. No one seems to remember when the city was built just that their family has been here for years and years.
You want to understand the mysteries of the city. You have been searching deep in the forums for others that share your suspicions. Tonight you meet in a decrepit underground bar. Together you will solve what is wrong with this place.
