The flyers showed up wherever the Attuned (and others “in-the-know”) gathered. They advertised a train trip, apparently traveling to SEE THE SITES OF THE ETHEREAL PLANE (as they put it.)
Sounds like a good time. What could go wrong? It’s cheap!
