In the world the vast majority of people don’t believe in things that go bump in the night; there is a significant minority that believes in things that go bump in the night, and though they believe the have had encountered such beasties, they haven’t; then there is the minority of the minority that know that there are things that go bump in the night, perhaps having even encountered such; and finally there are those that are the things that go bump in the night.
Of the things that go bump in the night are the ones that play by the rules and those that have are rogue.
New York City is a hive of activity of rogue things that go bump in the night and those who oppose them.
