Every day thousands of people, specifically “others” are targeted and captured and killed everyday. And sometimes, they go after innocent people, purely because of suspicions from witnesses.
No one exactly knows why, or how the “others” came to be. After multiple researches and experiments, scientist believe they were simply just a lab experience gone wrong.
Others have been around for a hundred years or so now, dating back to the early 1900’s. Lab created monsters with different abilities they said. Some of which are more dangerous than others.
Due to the extreme fatalities and growing population of these others, they are being captured everyday and sent to St. Christopher’s Camp for the Others. Where they are forced to live in cramped groups and treated poorly.
Sometimes, depending on their class, it’s possible to live among the normals with certain precautions; But that doesn’t stop the normals from discriminating against these special people.
If only the world would just come together and, make peace. Maybe, maybe they could.
