You are toys. Playthings who exist and live in the world of humanity. You are played with, loved and cared for by your owner.
But now your owner has been stolen, taken into a place called “The Dark”by the notorious Boogeyman. Your duty is to bring them back, out of love, duty or otherwise. It’s time to enter.
In the Dark, you are changed. Human sized or larger, depending on your toy. You possess deadly weaponry, claws, teeth. A teddy bear can be a grizzly bear, a soldier can have fully working guns. You’ll need them. The Boogeyman has others, forgotten, lost and disenfranchised toys who will stop at nothing to prevent you from retrieving your owner and who have fallen under the Darks thrall.
A whole world exists in the Dark. Prepare to fight against it.
