A small suburb in a western city, where strange things happen. Sometimes things are harmless and amusing. Other times, people fall to the ground and weep. None who live there remember their arrival, but a sense of civic pride empowers them to stay. Hedgegrove is a fantastic place to live after all…So very, terribly, tremendously, fantastic.
