Rumours of a powerful artifact having been unearthed in the city have spread among the supernatural denizens of Philadelphia. Rumours it can show the location of anything or anyone have sparked paranoia and excitment everywhere.
The characters are a loose group of supernaturals, downtrodden in the current structure of the cities politics, who band together to find the artiact or use rumours of it’s existence to carve out a powerful place in the city.
Challenges faced will include a mix of social , investigative and combative, however I will keep a focus on player directed goals. Ideally character story and history should reflect their downtrodden status.
