Perhaps you’ve always believed in the unbelievable–grew up reading tales of encounters with the paranormal, dreaming up conspiracy theories, knowing that no matter what anybody else said there were things out there that defied explanation. Perhaps you always knew it was your destiny to study them.

You don’t know why they’re interested, but they give you leads, and free reign over your studies, and a paycheck, so why complain?
Espy, Inc., called you in a week ago. “We have something big,” the man on the phone told you. “Bigger than we’ve ever had before. We’re assembling a team. Travel arrangements have been made. Are you in?”
Now you’ve arrived in rural Nebraska on a most peculiar patch of farmland, only a briefing away from what could be the biggest discovery of your life. Something that could change everything we think we know about science and even reality.
