The carnival is a happy place, at least if you’re a visitor it is. The carnival staff has been in a state of unrest for quite some time, especially the staff of the carnival’s circus. Ringmaster Bellamy has been running a good show for many years now, but the Bellamy that the patrons know isn’t the Bellamy that comes out when the rides stop and the lights go dark.
