Uncle Zachariah was always a bit of a hermit. When he was a younger man he ran his hotel, the Beaumont, and it was moderately successful. But rumors of his strange proclivities caused business to die on the vine, and the Beaumont fell into disrepair.
Zachariah kept living there, and kept his groundskeeper, Reggie, on staff to take care of the parts of the hotel he used, but it was never the same again.
Given that you never really had all that much contact with Zachariah, it was a surprise that he left you the Beaumont when he died. So what do you do with the old girl now?
