The guildhall doors BANG as they open and in trudge several adventurers - tired, aching and covered in slime. They hold the head of the beast they’ve slain aloft. It slathers them in more gore, but the room hollers and cheers, raising their drinks in recognition of their triumph.
Being a guild-mage is a pretty tough job. The work is full of magical triumphs and magical mishaps. It’s varied and unpredictable. The only constant of guild-work is casters doing what casters do - Learn magical crafts, attain magical items and hunt magical creatures.
(This game uses the same cardset and player principles as Jinxed and takes place in a similar fantasy setting.)
