In this city, people become lost at strange times of the day, often meeting hikers who ask for a ride and tell them about their futures. These lost people seem to be converging to a scrapyard where they are instructed to give offerings of metal to a forge by an angelic figure made of recycled car parts. What is being forged there remains a mystery, and those who look too closely have their memories wiped or face the guard-creatures of the forge.
