Felicity and Mihaela return to Bucharest to settle a debt and, in turn, increase the Pastore Camorra clan’s grip in Eastern Europe. Their target is Vitaly Kirilov, former KGB officer and current point man for a Russian mafia collective. Kirilov has to go. How the pair do it is up to them.
