The Royal School for Distinguished Young Persons of Scientific Aptitude (Henceforth “The School”) was established by his majesty King George III in 1809, by one of his last exercises of Royal Perogative, in the hope that fostering young and brilliant minds, one might find a cure for his illness. Although none ever did, the scientific advancements made by students of the school and other formed like it have completely changed the course of human history.
The School endures under the reign of Henry III’s great Grand Daughter, Queen Victoria, who has generously granted The School an allotment to fund their brand new Airship Auxiliary for especially exceptional students. A place where they, and their experiments are kept safely isolated from the rest of the student body … and innocent villagers.
Unfortunately, conflict among the faculty on how best to use their new grant has caused an irreconcilable division, resulting in two rival sets of faculty, student bodies and airships. What will happen to the Cavendish Bacon school under the wise guidance of Headmaster Lionel Clarke?

This is a fast paced (1 scene/day or more if we can manage) quasi-Victorian gas lamp school adventure story - all manner of steam-punk mad science is acceptable, with an alternate history 19th century as influenced by mad geniuses . Expect shades of Girl Genius, Gail Carriger, and Lev AC Rosen’s All Men of Genius. Do not expect anything resembling historical or geographical accuracy.
I’m looking for college age students (of whatever gender you like) to join me for a new term starting aboard the airship school . This game is queer friendly, so both straight and LGBTQ characters are welcome!
