You currently live in a Temple-city, a town crowned with the oversight of a large monastic Temple to the God Pholtos - God of the Sun. Even if you are not part of the Temple, daily rituals of the Temple seep into your daily routine. Bells ringing at dawn, business closures for daily prayers at noonday, etc.

The Church watches over all; policing the streets, the Gateways into the city, and maintenance on the protective wall surrounding the town, but today is different somehow. After the bell is rung for noonday prayers, it is rung again… and again. A hush runs through the streets, and then a rush of rumors!

Someone in the Temple has been killed, and a sacred relic has been stolen! Who would do such a thing, and who will make it right? Who can?

  • The town is in turmoil, will you stand by and watch as the city drowns in it’s own rumors?
  • What will you do?

I will search around for a member or official of the temple!

The narrator continued the scene

There are people from the Temple near everywhere, the Guards are Temple-sworn, many of the townspeople are followers of Pholtos, and priests of Pholtos maintain order around the city proper. Who in particular would you like to find?

@RedMinstrel, @mogwaii, sorry for the prolonged start. If you have any friends, we have room for one more, too! Let's get going! You can talk her about backgrounds, or you can meet in the story I'm fine either way. [delete]
