The year is 2093. Your life isn’t all that exciting. You are just an average Joe trying to eek out a living in a harsh world. That’s when you hear about the newest entertainment breakthrough, “The Adventure Machine”or TAM.
Hop in this baby and suddenly you are the hero in your own adventure story. You fight crime, you solve mysteries, be a war hero, a knight, heck be a freaken wizard, anything you can think of!
The chance to break free from your boring, repetitive life is too great, you come back to TAM over and over again. Each time it is amazing.
Until today, you are going about your usual business and suddenly there is a flash of blue light and you are suddenly somewhere else. Everything feels exactly the same as when you use TAM, only this time, you weren’t connected to the machine…
(Feel free to come up with your own Natures, Strengths, etc… but no super soldiers, or deadly assassins, remember in real life you are average. This story will take on a bunch of different genres as you just tossed into different types of adventures in different time periods by TAM, and during those stories your character will become exponentially stronger in the style of that genre. You maybe even find some of these abilities bleeding over into the real world… Finally we will of course have an overarching story as you endeavor to discover why these flashes are happening.
