The work inside the primary cave system has proven to be fruitful. We have unearthed numerous artifacts, all similar in size and style to the ones found at the Entrance - their diversity of origin still stumps us. Dr.’s LeBlanc, Luse, and Yijun are baffled by how such a diverse grouping of ancient artifacts came to be. Dr. Bruner, Mr. Yurin, and Ms. Chetti have collaborated on an outstanding new telemetry tool that I think will make some pretty big waves when we get back (get it…waves…). Hopefully the sound comes back soon so they can test it. It’s inspiring to see experts from all around the world working together on a project like this. This changes everything we know. Thanks for the board games and scotch, we don’t have a lot of downtime but it’s nice to have some comforts when we do.
