Sunbreaker City: a place where clans that once warred in ancient times live in relative (if not tenuous) harmony.
Vampires, werewolves, merfolk, fae-folk, wizards, shapeshifters, humans, angels, and demons–everyone has a district in the city to call their own and an Archon who speaks for their people in High Council. The races come and go between districts, intermingling, and living with as much peace as can be found in any big city. This arrangement has kept the peace for over 500 years.
That is, there was peace until the heir of the werewolf Archon turned up brutally murdered in her apartment with her entire werewolf pack murdered along with her. Now this precarious balance has been threatened and the Mayor of Sunbreaker City is willing to do whatever it takes to bring in the killer.
This modern fantasy deck depicts a gritty cast of characters in a hard-luck city in need of help.
