Welcome to Vandenbourg, a City-State at the center of the Empire. On the surface, it is a bastion of law and order; a beacon of good commerce and vital trade. The ports are busy, the air is alive with roving airships. The war is but a painful memory, its scars slowly fading.
And yet..
Your team has been assembled in the dead of night, hastened to a private audience in the heart of the High Quarter. The summons bore the Royal Seal.
Most of you are strangers to each other. Adventurers, hunters, tinkerers and hustlers - your backgrounds range from the obscure and forgotten to the downright illegal. Not all of you are here by choice.
One thing is clear: there is something rotten in Vandenbourg, and your actions are going to save the city… or else damn it entirely.
