Once, in a kingdom far away a long time ago, a young Queen gave birth to a little girl with skin as white as snow. She insisted on taking care of the baby herself despite her queenly duties and gave the child her all.
Unfortunately, the child had Colic constantly and she let out cries like the howling winds of a blizzard, and so the nurses, maids, and guards, named the child “Snow Whine” though they always changed it to “white” when the Queen was in earshot.
The Queen was a good mother, and an even greater leader, leading military campaigns, practicing magic that even the court wizard could not begin to approach, and making the crown and the rest of the queendom too wealthy and prosperous: beloved by all.
Snow Whine and the Queen would play a role in the ultimate fate of the kingdom that would span years, and all those around both would determine what would become of both.
This story is a bit of a fractured fairy tale based on the psychological theories as to why “Snow White” stays with us, that being that it is not about a Queen envying the beauty of the young, but rather the youthful desire the young have for the power and autonomy of adults.
Typical archetypical characters of the story are open, though the queen and Snow Whine are not. The story will be told by the peripheral actions of the other characters. Largely how the story goes will be determined by who I have and what you guys decide to do.
