Welcome to Fairburn, a sleepy little town planted in the center of suburbia. Neighbors tend to mind their own business with little interaction, barring the courteous smile and wave. Nothing exciting ever happens here and that’s just the way the locals like it – until tragedy strikes.
When six-year-old Sarah Baker goes missing, the town is thrown into turmoil – and some of its residents know more about the disappearance than they realize.
Inundated with work after an incident at a local factory, the police have more on their plate than they can handle. The missing girl’s case is pushed to the back burner. Some willingly, some reluctantly, six residents come together to help their neighbor find her daughter. This task proves to be perilous, and they find themselves in the middle of a conspiracy beyond anything they had imagined.
