Humanity has reached the stars and found alien civilisations… Or rather the decaying wreckage of alien civilisations. Derelict ships filled with corpses and advanced alien technology are the new frontier, and desperate bands of last-chancers take on dangerous salvage missions for the slim chance of getting out alive with a payoff that will make it all worthwhile.
Sky High Salvage is one of the many outfits trying to strike it rich in the new gold rush of alien technology. Underfinanced and underequipped, it nevertheless has an old but serviceable ship - the Sky High - and it has a brand new team of indemnity-waivered contractors eager to try their luck.
