Craving a fair win, this rival is ready to help Salem to turn him back to his normal studious self in order to finally satiate their desire.
Meet the curious: this student lurks inconspicuously in the shadows, making themself invisible in order to gather the city’s latest gossip in hopes of reviving the school’s dying newspaper club. When they hear about Salem’s situation, they seize their opportunity, quickly involving themselves in the search.
Meet the envious: jealous of Salem’s lover for years, they took their chance, thinking that the disappearance of his lover would somehow allow them the long-awaited permission to his heart. But, alas, his attention is still on her, like it’s always been. Seeking to eliminate his lover once found and seeing no better way to discreetly cozy themselves up to Salem, they’ve bitterly decided to help him out to enact their own cruel motives.
Meet the outcast: they’ve been ignored by everyone their whole life, except by Salem’s lover, who befriended them immediately once their first meeting in middle school. Not quite liking Salem - he attempted to take all of their best friend’s time - they have set aside their distaste in order to relocate their only companion.
Meet the newcomer: they’re new to this gloomy port city filled with melancholic faces and gothic architecture crowding the place, and new to city life in general. They aren’t quite sure what’s landed them in this predicament, but they do have enough morality to assist Salem in his desperate search.
Meet the lover: the beautiful, Annalise McKay, wasn’t the most popular, but was considered wonderful and rather memorable, nonetheless. People do wonder how such a strange, imaginative girl encaptured the heart of such a level-headed, rule oriented individual and often found it to be impossible. Maybe, most think, Salem is the reason she’s gone…
In this steampunk era adventure, this group of 6 partake on a long journey through this fantastical world in which they must utilize their clues to locate Annalise before it’s too late.
