In the mystical land of Kangadon, all children celebrated a rite of passage when they turned 16. Without the aid of their family or friends, they traveled through Turukai, the Spirit Gate created by the revered Turu (Spirits). After stepping through the threshold, they were given their Guide and considered adults.
This tradition forever changed after an earthquake cut off access to Turukai. Guides were no longer received and adulthood was simply marked by age. After unearthing this history, a group of three travel to rediscover Turukai, claim their Guides, and stop an all out war from consuming Kangadon.
I really enjoy narrating, so I thought I’d try something ultra-fantasy. While I really hope you will get creative with your characters and their backstories, Strengths, Weaknesses and Subplots, please keep your Nature cards to the ones provided. I have a Google Doc for background info on the fictional Kangadon. I plan on having three players max, so take your time coming up with your characters. I’ll decide players on Monday.
