In a futuristic post-global-warming Antarctic city originally established by two megacorps who wage corporate war for the heart, soul, and 99-year land leases of the city on the Bay, there are cracks in the system. And in those cracks, a new generation is emerging: those who think that the future should belong not to the rich, famous, or well-connected, but to the people.
As told by the patrons of a back-alley bar called Replay Value. Probably best characterized as postcyberpunk.
