The end of the world isn’t always, y’know, the end of the world.
Turns out 2012 was a significant year after all. Turns out the Moon was actually the prison an Outer God named Ynasygad-Exyxg. Turns out it could be Awoken. Turns out people can carry on caring about Starbucks and TV and asking each other out when there’s things with tentacles pushing through the corners of the world and the moon is a leering, many-mouthed face that will insult your mother if you look at it too long.
Turns out life goes on. And it has. You’re a pack of twentysomethings grappling with all the changes in your world - and not just the fact that people have been manifesting all kinds of freaky abilities since It Woke Up. Life goes on. You do your best. You stick by your friends.
But now something is changing. The monsters are still just as freaky and you can still jump twenty feet in the air and store a bastard sword in your back pocket (don’t think about it too much). But your favourite bar just disappeared like a gluten-free cake-pop at your mum’s yoga class. Neither it nor its inscrutable owner Mr. Aitch are anywhere to be found. In fact, you’re the only ones who remember they existed at all.
Something. Is. Up.

Scott Pilgrim meets A. Lee. Martinez. Disaffected hipsters punching out extradimensional gribblies (and maybe kaiju if I feel like it (I will)).
Feel free to write your own cards, as always.
Let’s do this.
Or not.
Whatever.
