The magic is dependent on one thing. Paper, and how much you supply for the magic. If you use only a little then you get a small whatever you were trying to make. If you use a lot then there’s a good chance you’ll have a giant something you were making.
In order for the art/writing to come to life though you have to sign your work. And there’s a cost on you; if your art work is killed then you feel its death. If there are many works that are killed at the same time there can be serious damage to the artist, an possibly kill them.
But its a time of peace now. Even if the government is trying to keep track of all Paper Works users, keeping a tight control on all paper manufacturing, and fining/imprisoning anyone who uses this magic outside of their control. Other then that everything is great.
=========================
This story’s taking place mostly in The capital city of Olem. It’s a modern setting so keep that in mind.
I’m looking for three or four players, please give a good description of your characters, some history to them. If you have a image of some kind that you’d like to use on the cards that you’re selecting give me a link or send me the image so I can put them on them. If not that’s all good too.
If you have any ideas for your character and I don’t have cards to fill the strengths/weaknesses/nature/ anything else, feel free to tell me about them and I will make cards for you and you can select them.
Thanks and Enjoy the game!
