You are a displaced god. Once you shaped creation, controlled the destiny of millions, and enacted your will upon reality. No longer.
Perhaps you were driven off by your fellow gods. Perhaps your previous creation reached its end. Perhaps a loss of belief diminished your powers. Whatever the reason, you left that universe behind, never to return.
You arrive at a place devoid of form, substance, and purpose; the perfect canvas upon which to start anew. But you are not alone. Other deities have arrived with their own designs for creation. Work with them or against them to forge a world worthy of your glory.

This is an experimental game about being a god at the very beginning of a new universe. When the game starts there will be literally nothing but the deities created by you and the other players. Through their actions you will write your own creation mythology.
If all goes well the game might evolve into the players ruling over the residents of this new reality, shaping the destinies of civilization and armies, birthing fantastical creatures, performing miracles, and who knows what else.
In the beginning your god should be as broadly defined as possible. You are a shade of your former self, without an incredibly specific appearance or personality. Feel free to flesh out why they are displaced or the way their power manifests. Details will develop over time as you gain assets, goals, etc.
Feel free to edit or create new cards. My goal is to have 3+ players form some kind of balance (Fire/Water/Earth/Air is an obvious one). This might result in gods having multiple natures eventually, like the God of Life also controlling Earth while the God of Death controls Fire.
