Oara is a shrinking city that is trying desperately to bring in tourists, new residents and businesses. It’s a hard enough job without the car eating mountains, haunted theme parks and evil pasta conspiracies going on. Never mind that Oara is basically impossible to find on a map, as it’s constantly changing locations. But that’s just everyday life in Oara.
