After a lacklustre police investigation and unsatisfying conclusion into the mysterious disappearance of a mutual friend - Max - leaves Kodi and April trying to pick up the pieces. Although supportive, continued objections from April to ‘simply let it go’ only exasperates the matter. Kodi’s refusal leads the pair to being swept up into a near life-like nightmare that happens on the dot every midnight.
