The world is ever-changing and it certainly does not draw the line at our DNA. Mutants had become frequent in our time but what we only knew from comic books and movies has become a functioning reality. In 2056, the former city of Seoul is crawling with mutants and ordinary humans alike. The police are used to making a difference when it comes to mutant crimes, but someone seems to be stealing the identity of other mutants in various ways, leaving the authorities puzzled and grasping at straws to find the culprit. The mutant community itself is no less eager to find the one responsible– though they operate on far less conventional methods.
