The Howling Cat is a seedy bar that opens only after sundown. Sitting alone, worrying the chipped formica of the table she is sitting at with a ragged fingernail, is a woman who has seen better days. Though once she may have been beautiful, she is gaunt, and her hair is tangled and brittle. Her skin is dusky, but the true tone is muted by what she is: a vampire.
