In it’s heyday, Montgomery-Caldwell Teaching Hospital was the top choice for aspiring physicians. Founded by Sebastian Montgomery and his best friend and colleague Mason Caldwell in the 1960’s, M-CTH quickly became the premier teaching hospital in the state, winning numerous awards. However, following the death of Dr. Montgomery ten years ago, things began to take a turn for the worse.
M-CTH remains a level one trauma center and still manages to receive countless residency applications every year, but it’s gained a terrible reputation within the community. The doctors are notorious for being more concerned with their own affairs than they are for the well-being of their patients and the turnover rate for surgeons is strangely high.
As a new year begins at M-CTH, how will the fresh batch of interns fit in?
