It is an old cliche, but this city swallows people up. Of course, for most people there are enough ways to disappear - between corporate hits, the cannibalium or just plain accidents that happen way too often, some who are too well protected for such trifles still manage to find a way to get themselves killed, or go missing.
It is rare, however, for any of them to resurface. Such a thing is sure to stir some trouble.
