In the 1960 the world erupted in flames. The cuban missile crisis came to a head and WW3 began. Now one year on London is isolated, overpopulated and under nourished; surrounded by nuclear wastes and besieged by Russian invaders and whatever unnatural things they scavenged from the fall of the Reichs after the last great war. The military forces in charge set up the Special Situations Group to deal with the less orthodox problems this sometimes creates.
