Haven City rose from the ashes… so to speak. Governments have been destabilizing for years, it was only a matter of time before corporations gained the upper-hand and made governmental systems irrelevant. The City,as it’s commonly referred to, is a ring-based megapolis constructed entirely for the purpose of profits, based in the Shinjuku area of Old Tokyo.
Many things have changed since the rise of the Union, a conglomerate of corporations that make up the leadership of Haven City. The Haven Defense Force represents the hardline beliefs of the leadership, with more interest in protecting assets than people. In the end though, it’s just another city with another name, and despite all the changes in the world, life goes on. The wealthy thrive while the poor scrounge for drugs in the Underground, and the quarters are as divided as separate nations, and unrest is common among the lower class. The whole world seems on edge, even the Fringe is becoming more dangerous.
Something is going down, the Fat Cats are finding themselves surrounded by guards, and the citizens see more and more Enforcers wandering the streets. Something is definitely going down… But what?
