Gotham City suffers the results of a magnitude 7.6 earthquake.
In response, the US government evacuates most of the civilian population, then declares Gotham a “no man’s land”, destroys all bridges leading to the island, and sets up a military blockade to prevent people from entering or exiting.
Gangs and various supervillains Batman had battled over the years swiftly carve up the city.
The City wait for Batman’s return, but he disappeared for months, leading the many to believe that he has abandoned Gotham.
You are trapped in the City as well, Hero or Villain - whoever you are.
Just today, a new figure calling himself DEACON BLACKFIRE joined the stage. Claiming that he brought Gotham to his knees, he states that he will start a final Earthquake to cleanse the World of the unholy City named Gotham.
You join in a uncommon group, try to find Deacon Blackfire and save the City - or just yourself?
