Since the implementation of ctOS, people’s lives have gotten more convenient, more connected, safer. That’s the party line, at least. The truth is that the whole thing is a goddamn shell game designed to line the pockets of those with pull, and to give them unprecedented access to your life and livelihood. These motherfuckers control everything with a few security cameras and keystrokes, a few backdoors and exploits.
So what happens when the right person gets her hands on the keys to the kingdom? One thing’s for certain: things are gonna change.
