Lights never dim. Lies never fade. And the city never sleeps.
It watches.
Beneath the neon lights, luxury towers, crowded streets, and forgotten neighborhoods, something is happening. Mutants are emerging from the shadows, masked vigilantes are taking law and order into their own hands, and the city’s leaders are promising to restore order behind picture-perfect smiles.
Then the Westbridge Incident happens.
Now everyone has something to hide and something… someone is somewhere watching.
A gritty, character-driven vigilante/mutant mystery about secrets, fear, identity, and the dangerous things people become when they have nowhere left to hide.
