Its been 100 years since the nuclear war ravaged the surface of the earth. Luckily, your parents weren’t on the surface when it happened. They had been tucked away in one of the fallout bases, the back-up plan for if everything went wrong, which it did.
Now, the times are not so bad. The surface is viable once more, and a select few from each base are being sent to form the new American capitol. You will be living in a large building composed of shipping container apartments and the surrounding acres, all of which were fenced off with a 20 ft tall concrete wall before the bombings.
The time has come to rebuild, and each of the bases who have been in contact are sending small groups to populate this above-ground city. It is up to you, as the representative of your base, to build the world anew.

Looking for 3-5 players who will be the American Council for Earth Anew. Besides bases, you can write your own nature, strength, weakness, and goal cards. Each character will be from a different base.
