There’s something weird going on behind the damp brick walls of the old asylum. Once simply a rehabilitation center for the criminally insane run by the state, it was recently bought out by a pair of sisters and turned private, becoming a very expensive facility to hide closet skeletons, enemies, trouble makers, rebels, and best of all: secrets.
As the death toll rises, and no patient is ever treated, cured, or released… towns people begin to mutter about the strange red haired twins, though never loud enough to draw any attention. Nobody wanted to upset the sinister girls, lest they then be drawn into whatever hell they’re carving out into the hill.
