Especially at night, the cityscape of Imperiata is full of bright lights that blind the viewer with their neon fullness that outshines even the seventh moon at its fullest.
But especially at night, the cityscape is full to the brim of dark futures, specifically for those who reside in the Slums of Imperiata-that is, if the Institution is allowed to remain at the head of Imperiata itself.
There are those that crave power in its purest form, those that call themselves Vigilantes, who tread on the coattails of the Institution and hope to gain favor (and power) with the higher ups as they mow down the Slummers and most of all the Renegades, rebels who seek justice (and vengeance) against the Institution and all who support it.
In the end, will you be a law-abiding Vigilante or on the side of a Renegade’s Rebellion?
And who will win this war for the City of Renegades? Only time will tell.
