You’ve just booked a gig with a time-traveling, mysterious (obviously!), burlesque, spiegeltent-style circus, with an androgynous master of ceremonies, and a different city every night. Sounds fantastic, right? So what’s the catch?
Well, technically, you’re dead.
That does not, apparently, seem to be an impediment to a solid performing career…at least not at Cirque Perdu, anyway.
It’s a raunchy show - sexy, dark, a little disturbing, and a lot queer. The audience that exits is never quite the same as they were when they entered, that’s for sure.
But how did you get there? Why did the Emcee save your life? Can you adjust to this new life? Perhaps find a reason to live again and someone to love?
Most importantly, though - will you ever figure out just what the heck is going on?

Your nature card should determine how you died, something about your character’s life, and the situations that led to your death. Death can be purposeful or accidental, but your character’s bio should give a clear idea of what happened - or at least, what your character thought happened.
