For a thousand years, The continent of Shailendel has been under threat from an entity known only as Zanne. Some believe this entity is a god, others say he is a mortal creature. Whatever the case, his control over the world seems absolute. Earthquakes, storms, and the very oceans themselves respond to the machinations of this entity, reigning destruction on the broken people of Shailendel.
A rare group of people, the summoners of Shailendel, were gifted with the ability to summon spirits to battle this creature and its minions, in the hope of bringing peace to the torn world of Shailendel. They are aided in their endeavor by their guardians, brave men and women who stand as the first line of defense to protect their summoners.
When our story starts, the high summoner and a band of her most loyal guardians set out on a quest to defeat Zanne.
This story is inspired by Final Fantasy X, but I want original applications and story content.

Looking for between 3 and 5 players. Please read through the existing character’s info before applying. Try to create your character in such a way that it works well with, and challenges, the group dynamic.
We can have one summoner, chosen on a first come first serve basis, with the rest of the applications being taken by guardians or other nature cards as decided by players as they apply. Feel free to customize cards to your heart’s content.
